Mikolaj is a real multi-talent in bass as well as guitar as well as vocals and "Darkside" Maciej's drumming is a well-calibrated 100th-of-seconds-clockwork. Not for nothing is Mgla considered as a standard for a lot of other blacker-than-black metal bands. I hope to see this band live once.....

Germany scene is one of most important and prolific of bm but the bands that blend teutonic bm with finnish scene are awesome. Like Sarkrista,Totenwache Shores of Landon the melody from Finland with a darkness and melancholy of Norwegian second wave plus and incredible skills of songwriting and a masterclass technical ability. Grim,raw,aggressive tunes and tremolo picking will pleasure your ears… Ps Thank Kalevala for input

2021 was yet another great year for all varieties of extreme metal, but I'm still amazed this didn't get more attention - I only came across it based on a recommendation for the Kôr side project, which is also fantastic. Melodic, triumphant, and just raw enough.
